  Welcome to the brand new KDT website. KDT, formerly known as Kaizen Drift Team, has now expanded into different areas of online gaming (although only on PS3), allowing members to participate in KDT clans, events and meets across a range of different genres. KDT still sticks close to our Japanese themes and ideals, in both name and style. Respect, honour, fairplay, these are a few of the Teams main characteristics, for more details see the Code of Conduct.
We here at Kaizen also stick to exactly that, Kaizen, a business term which stands for continuous improvement over a long period of time, rather then short sharp large improvements. Although there is no skill requirement for entry, many of us strive to reach our own personal goals in both online gaming and out in the real world. It is also very important to both our staff and members that we keep a clean image, putting forward our ideals of fair and respectful play. For this reason, breach of the code by any member or person looking to join will be taken seriously and membership may be denied or postponed for a pre-determined period. Drama isn't what we're about, having fun is our primary goal.
